The Prostand Corporate Academy, founded in 2023, has as its purpose the contribution to personal fulfillment through specialized training and work, particularly in the temporary architecture sector, enhancing every talent, increasing inclusion, fostering the well-being of workers, and developing positive perceptions of self and one’s work. Academy teachers accompany students on a path of growth, both professional and human, in order to bring out the talent they guard. Always in Prostand’s DNA there is great attention to the issues of training and knowledge transfer. Hence the desire to train and return hard-to-find professional skills to the territory and the sector. The issue is particularly acute for the temporary fit-out sector, where the demand for qualified personnel is very high. Prostand is guided by the philosophy of professional growth of the company’s in-house employees. Hence the need to constantly update knowledge and skills of internal staff so that they are always adapted to the changing world and the dizzying development of technology.Training is one of the pillars of Prostand’s social commitment as part of its ESG Environmental, Social and Governance strategy of worker inclusion and well-being.
OB SERVICE is a social cooperative that deals with the management of training and lifelong education services and which, thanks to its specific organizational, structural and financial characteristics, is an accredited training institution with the Emilia Romagna Region. Prostand’s investment in the Corporate Academy and its support of OB Service’s initiatives regarding projects to introduce people with disabilities to work are fully directed in this direction.
