Our values
Everything we do is possible thanks to every single person who takes part in the process. We work together towards the same goal, standing firm in our values.
The UNI PdR 125:2022 certification confirms the integration of measurable equity criteria within business processes.
Prostand has chosen to formalise its commitment to gender equality by adopting the UNI PdR 125:2022 standard, a voluntary framework providing practical tools to bridge the gender gap in the workplace.
This system enables the continuous improvement of key performance indicators related to equal growth opportunities, fair remuneration, access to leadership roles, work-life balance, and parental support.
Prostand fosters a corporate culture that values talent regardless of gender or background, promoting policies designed to make the work environment more equitable, inclusive, and focused on recognising each individual’s contribution.
The awarding of this certification by Bureau Veritas confirms both the adoption of the system and its implementation through defined objectives and ongoing improvement measures, in accordance with the standard’s requirements. It is a journey that evolves in step with the organisation.
Obtained in 2025, the certification is valid for three years and remains subject to annual audits to ensure the maintenance of requirements and the consolidation of results. It is a system that makes equity visible, measurable, and tangible.

We contribute to the economic, social and cultural development of the community in which we operate, through the principles of legality, legitimacy, transparency, value of the individual, care and protection of the environment.
We support a corporate culture of inclusion, which values diversity, with particular attention and respect for ethnicity, religion, gender, disability and disadvantaged social situations.
Safety is one of the cornerstones governing the relationship between us and our supply chain, which includes workers and professionals, suppliers and stakeholders. Their protection, the regularity of workers’ pay and safety on construction sites are our top priorities.
As is fairness in dealing with suppliers, partners and in public procurement.
